Shipping Policy
At 5AM, we currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and aim for every customer to be satisfied. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@5amshop.com
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item.
3. If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged items that cannot be replaced. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
